Partners Bank has announced Matt Reddin has joined the
bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. In this role, he will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to help shape the bank's future by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and enhance the value the bank delivers to its customers and communities.

Reddin is an accomplished bank executive with more than two decades of executive leadership experience in Arkansas. Most recently he served as Managing Principal at DD&F Consulting Company in Little Rock where he specialized in strategic capital planning, mergers and acquisitions, revenue growth, profitability, and strategic planning. Previously he was Chief Banking Officer, President of Banking Enterprise, Chief Lending Officer, Executive Vice President of Community Bank Development and President of the Private Client Group at Simmons Bank. Prior to joining Simmons Bank, he served as Director of Community Bank Lending at Bank OZK. He began his banking career in 2002.

Reddin, a native Arkansan, is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a bachelor’s in business. He’s a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
